If someone gave you a Trust Relay card.
Trust Relay helps people leave information for the people they love. If you found or were given one of our cards, this page explains what it means and what to do.
If this is an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number now. Trust Relay is not an emergency, medical, or monitoring service.
What the card means
The person who gave it to you has prepared information with Trust Relay for the people they chose. The card is a pointer, nothing more: it does not give anyone access to their records, and holding it does not prove anything.
If they have died or cannot be reached
Tell us through the Report a concern page, or write to support@trustrelayservices.com. Include their full name and how to reach you. If the card lists a contact person, they may be able to help too.
What happens next
We try to reach the person first, using the contact details they saved with us, and a person reviews what we learn.
Nothing is sent to anyone because a report arrives. If information is released, it goes only to the people they chose, by email, after that review.
What we will not do
- We will not tell you whether someone has an account with us.
- We will not share anyone’s information because you have their card.
- We never ask for passwords or codes by phone or email.
