We never ask for the passwords to your accounts. Our job is to show your family where they are, never to open them.
The three steps
Name the messengers. Build the map. Then let it rest.
Setup takes just a few minutes. After that, the service waits, quietly, until it is needed.

Add your people
Start with the people you’re protecting. Name each loved one, connect them to the institutions they should contact — banks, brokerages, retirement plans, insurance, pensions — and write clear guidance in your own words: who to call, what to reference, what to ask.
Together it becomes a private map of where everything actually lives. Start typing and pick from the directory — or add any institution by name alone. Account numbers and policy IDs are entirely optional. Passwords, PINs, and login credentials are never requested.
Optionally include a personal message — something only the named beneficiary will ever read — and attach documents for them, held safely until release.

Choose your check-in rhythm
Tell us how often to check in with you. Each check-in is a quick, one-click confirmation that you’re alright — that’s all the upkeep there is.
Or let being active check you in. Connect Apple Health in the Trust Relay iPhone app — the iPhone already in your pocket counts your movement, and an Apple Watch or Oura ring strengthens the signal. Opening the app every few days is what sends it, and each visit sends the days since; with an Oura ring you truly never tap at all — it syncs on its own. While your days show activity, check-in emails stay quiet; if the signal goes still for about two weeks, a normal check-in simply begins — a quiet device never counts against you. And we keep just one thing: a daily yes-or-no that you moved. Never your steps, heart rate, sleep, or location.
Life changes. Update your people, institutions, and instructions whenever it does.

We guide them when it matters
Until then, we check in with you — and only you — on the cadence you choose. If we can’t reach you, a person on our team reviews the case; nothing is automated. Only after death is confirmed — with a 72-hour final notice to you first — is the guidance you wrote released to your beneficiaries, and only theirs, with any personal message alongside it.
