Pricing questions
Common questions about pricing.
What does the membership cover?
Everything that keeps you ready: unlimited institutions and people, personalized instructions and messages, periodic check-ins to confirm you’re alright, multi-step verification, and AES-256 encryption. When you die, a real person reviews the case — nothing is automatic — and only then is your guidance delivered to the people you chose. There’s nothing extra to pay for that delivery — it’s part of the membership.
What is the Guided Family Support add-on, and is it recurring?
It’s a one-time charge, not a subscription. Guided Family Support ($59.99) does two things: when the time comes, we personally guide your beneficiaries through the information you’ve prepared and help them understand what to do next — and today, if you’d like, a one-on-one setup session is included, where a specialist builds out your account with you. Add it when you sign up, or any time later from your account — the membership price doesn’t change.
Can I change my billing later?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and annual any time — open Manage billing in Settings. Switching to annual is prorated right away; annual-to-monthly changes take effect at your renewal. You can add Guided Family Support whenever you like.
What happens if I cancel?
You retain access through the end of your billing period. After that, your vault is deactivated and securely deleted within approximately 30 days. You can export a summary of your vault at any time before deactivation.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. The membership is everything — unlimited institutions and people, no per-record fees, and no charges for notifications when the time comes. Guided Family Support is the only extra, it’s optional, and it’s a one-time charge you choose to add.
